Through International Real Estate, previously listed on the London Stock Exchange, the Group was involved in a number of projects in the United Kingdom. Examples include, York House in Wembley, London, a 11,000 sqm refurbishment project, and Brunel House in Cardiff.

The Group sold its main portfolio in The United Kingdom in 2002 to institutional and private investors.

The Group recently invested in a project in Bishop Auckland, a small town in North East England and are currently in the process of obtaining planning permission to convert and extend the building to a mix of residential and commercial.
