The Group has bought, refurbished and sold on a number of properties in various cities in The Netherlands.

The 21 691 sqm Rotterdam Building was owned by the Group and sold on after a partial refurbishment.

The Group also owned Makado Center, a 30,000 sqm shopping Mall located in Beek outside of Maastricht.
