IT Tower, located at 480 Avenue Louise, Brussels, was constructed between 1971 and 1973. When initially acquired in 2001, more than a third of the office space was vacant. Over the following years the Group carried out an extensive refurbishment of the entrance, lobbies, lifts, parking as well as a number of floors.

The Group also introduced and managed a conference centre, gym, a restaurant and a laundry service for the tenants. This resulted in successful re-letting, in many cases to AAA tenants. The property was sold in 2007.
