Centre Monnet is approximately 20 minutes from Brussels Airport and circa 35 km from central Brussels. The property was constructed in 1988 and was previ-ously Shell’s International Research Centre. The Group refurbished the lobby, restaurant, offices and redevel-oped the grounds.

Given the property‘s location and its extensive grounds the Group planted a number of trees and left areas of grass untouched to encourage nature.

Centre Monnet was sold in 2016.
