Belgium
Since the late 1980s, the Group has established a formidable presence in the Belgian property market, specializing in the strategic redevelopment of high-potential commercial properties.
With a primary focus on Brussels, Louvain-la-Neuve, and Antwerp, the Group has delivered transformative investments across a diverse portfolio, including premier office spaces, luxury hotels, modern apartments, and state-of-the-art warehouses.
IT Tower
Brussels
IT Tower, located at 480 Avenue Louise, Brussels, was constructed between 1971 and 1973. When the Group acquired the property in 2001 more than a third of the office space was vacant, and a further third had given notice of termination. Over the following years the Group spent circa €15m refurbishing the entrance, lobbies, lifts and parking as well as a number of floors.
The Group also introduced and managed a conference centre, gym, a restaurant and a laundry service for the tenants. This resulted in successful re-letting, in many cases to AAA tenants. The property was sold in 2007.
